The case of Glenn Michael Humphreys was mentioned briefly in Bathurst Local Court on Monday with magistrate Michael Allen adjourning the matter until November 28.
Humphreys, 63, was arrested in Western Australia in August after he finished serving a two-year sentence there.
He was subsequently extradited to NSW to face further charges.
The charges against Humphreys relate to offences allegedly committed against students at St Stanislaus’ College between 1975 and 1982.
Humphreys had previously been charged by police in relation to the allegations but was already incarcerated in Western Australia at the time.
Matters against Humphreys were first mentioned in the Bathurst Local Court in November 2015 when magistrate Michael Allen issued a warrant for his arrest.
He had been denied parole and was not in Bathurst Local Court when Mr Allen issued the warrant.
Humphreys is facing seven counts of indecent assault against a male and seven charges of sexual assault or indecent act against a person aged 14 to 16.
His bail continues.
Humphresy is one of 12 people who have been charged under Strike Force Belle, established to investigate allegations of historic sexual abuse at the boarding school.
