Daytime maximums have not dropped below 29 degrees since last Friday, but that will change for the rest of this week.
The long-term average maximum for Bathurst during November is 23.4 degrees, however so far this month 12 days have recorded temperatures well above this.
Overnight, temperatures have also been warm with Monday night the warmest so far when the mercury fell to a still-balmy 15 degrees.
Overall, however, this November’s average temperature is only slightly above the long-term average and currently sits at 23.6 degrees.
Rainfall is also average so far this month, with 42.8 millimetres recorded in a month with an average of 60.8mm.
From Wednesday, the hot weather is predicted to finish for a while with temperatures to drop to around 27, before dropping to 22-24 until Saturday.
