Chumlee is one of two Turnbull runners who will line up in the 2016 Young Cherry Festival Cup (2,100 metres), both of whom are in good form.
On November 5 Chumlee took out the Griffith Cup, while last Sunday he backed that up with success in the Blayney Cup.
The man who drove him to success in Blayney, 19-year-old Brendan Barnes, will be in the gig again behind the son of Somebeachsomewhere.
Chumlee has a tougher barrier six draw – the widest on the front row – this time around, which could favour Turnbull’s other runner Parramatta.
He has drawn to lead from barrier two and will be looking to add to his two wins and second placing in the Blayney Cup since relocating from New Zealand.
The race is set for 8.03pm.
