The annual Christmas on Keppel will kick off in the Bathurst Library forecourt from 10am on Saturday.
Bathurst Library’s Natalie Conn said there will be something for everyone.
"We have 29 stalls in the courtyard, so there are lots of different stalls,” she said.
“There will be a range of knitted goods, crotchet and embroidery, clothing, ceramics and local art.”
In addition to the stalls, businesses Frank Smith Work Clothing, the Salvation Army Family Store, Past 2 Present, Carah’s Cakes and Pies, Belle Chemise and the Naked Bud will be participating with their own sales.
Mitchell Conservatorium will provide live music during the event, while Santa Claus will visit at 11.30am.
“Because we work in partnership with the Keppel Street businesses and the individual stall holders, we hope that it encourages people to come down, not only to the forecourt, but to the businesses in Keppel Street,” Ms Conn said.
