She was driving through Bathurst and either lost, or someone stole her wallet, and with it went all her cash and credit cards.
With no money to pay for accommodation, she was contemplating sleeping in the car, but decided to approach staff at the hotel and explain her situation.
She said they were so incredibly good to her, she just wanted to say “thank you.”
“They really went above and beyond,” she said.
The places that people cheat
STATISTICALLY men and women are more likely to stray in Spring and Summer then any other time of the year, so we are officially in prime cheating season.
A leading private investigations company, Heartbreakers, which specialises in cheating partners has recently revealed some of the stranger places people are cheating.
If you think the stereotypes of of having an affair in the bedroom or office are the norm, then think again.
Apparently hot spots include public toilets, on the side of the road and in a cinema.
But the one that really takes the cake were a couple caught in the act in bush land!
Luke Athens, director of Heartbreakers, said the company was recently investigating an infidelity matter, and followed a man on his regular morning jog.
“We noticed he met up with a female a few blocks away and they continued their jog together.
“After a short period they entered a dense area and remained there for 20 minutes, before leaving and continuing their jog back home.”
After placing hidden cameras in the bush land, the man was caught out, proving his wife’s suspicions were right.
Mr Athens said public or weird places are often a spontaneous event, and he said he was often surprised by people’s creativity, adding it was a shame they didn’t invest effort into their current relationship.
“If they did the issues most likely wouldn’t exist.”
