With the box draw held on November 28, punters now know where the dogs will start from in the $10,000 final.
Stunning Lola and Jock Colley are the two local dogs that will represent Bathurst in the final.
Bathurst Greyhound Racing Club's racing manager Jason Lyne said the final should be exciting.
“We’re pretty excited and with a bit of luck, both local dogs will go well,” he said.
“The first 50 metres will be challenging.
“The box draw is very crucial and it’s critical to get a good draw.”
Lyne said the Bathurst RSL’s support of the event is a brilliant initiative, that brings trainers from all around the state.
“Trainers target this race and everyone wants to get the win.”
