The Hong Kong squad flew out on Thursday, before making their way to Orange for Sunday’s back-to-back Twenty20 blockbusters with the Thunder, the first of five games the international side will play during its stint in Australia.
Hong Kong cricketer Jason Lui said he is “both excited and nervous to be able to represent Hong Kong again”.
Hong Kong coach Chris Pickett said Jason is “very talented” and it will be his first time selected at the highest level of the national squad, which will make it a “huge learning curve”.
Sunday’s opening games starts at 12:30pm and the second at 4pm, with gates opening at 11.30am.
Tickets are still available via Ticketek and will be sold at the gate.
