10. 19-year-old dies in crash on Limekilns Road: Police have confirmed a 19-year-old man has died following a single-vehicle crash near Bathurst on Tuesday evening.

The teenager was driving a four-wheel-drive along Limekilns Road about 26 kilometres north-east of Bathurst at 5.30pm when the vehicle left the road and rolled, coming to rest against a tree.
Emergency services were called and rendered first aid to the 19-year-old driver, however, he died at the scene. No one else was in the vehicle.
9. Fatal accident near Bathurst: One person has died following a single-vehicle accident 20 kilometres outside of Bathurst on Tuesday afternoon.
Police and paramedics are currently at the scene of the accident on Sofala Road at Peel.
The accident is reported to have occurred at 1.05pm.
8. Oberon Tigers' coach says players will be missed: The tight-knit community of Oberon has been left shattered after a late night accident on Friday killed two young men and left another in hospital with serious injuries.
Emergency services were called to the accident on Burraga Road, Gilmandyke, about 50 kilometres south of Bathurst just after just after 9.10am on Saturday.
Good mates and Oberon Tigers players Jack Fenton, 17, and Luke Foley, 18, were killed.
7. Orange mourns beloved teacher: The woman killed in a two-car crash on the Mitchell Highway on Sunday was a teacher at Orange’s Bletchington Public School.
The 56-year-old died at the scene of the crash at Vittoria, west of Bathurst, about 12.45pm.
Meanwhile, a 21-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl, remained at Orange hospital on Monday following the collision.
6. Highway closed at Vittoria: One woman is dead and three people injured following a horror crash on the Mitchell Highway.
The accident occurred just before 1pm, one kilometre west of Gardiners Lane at Vittoria.
Crash investigators are at the scene, with the highway expected to closed well into the evening.
5. Bathurst men detained in Bali after mid-air fight on Jetstar plane: At least two of the six men detained by police after a wild fight broke out on a Jetstar plane bound for Phuket have been identified as Bathurst locals.
Fairfax Media reported on Friday that the six men would be escorted home by security officers following the mid-air disturbance.
Flight JQ27 was diverted to Bali, where the six men - identified as Bradley Beecham, Brett Eldridge, Michael Matthews, Mark Rossiter, Lynmin Waharai and Ricky William - were escorted off the plane by police.

2. Double fatality after single vehicle crash at Gilmandyke, near Bathurst: Two people have died and one person has been seriously injured after a single vehicle crash in the state’s Central Tablelands.
Just after 9.10am on Saturday emergency services were called to Burraga Road, Gilmandyke, about 50km south of Bathurst. A Toyota Land Cruiser utility had reportedly lost control and crashed.
1. New laws ban P-platers from using their phones in their car: From December 1, all P-plate drivers will be banned from any mobile phone use in their car as the state government pulls out all stops to try and cut the mounting road toll.
The ban includes using any function of a mobile phone while driving or riding, or when stationary but not parked. This includes phones in the hands-free mode, with the loudspeaker operating, using the GPS or sending text messages.
Previously the ban covered learners and drivers on red-Ps, but as of December 1, that will be extended to all P-platers
