Family and friends have been rallying to support Mr Voysey as he faces a lengthy recovery after he was involved in a head-on car crash on the Vale Road in early October.
The event, organised by Michelle Rice and Rachel Connors, aimed to raise money to help Mr Voysey with everyday expenses now that he is out of hospital and back home.
Ms Rice said it was a successful evening at the Stewart Street hotel.
“We had $875 raised on the night,” she said.
Donations were collected before the night for raffles and auctions, including a cricket bat signed by legendary Australian leg spinner Shane Warne, a pearl necklace and vouchers to be used at local businesses.
Ms Rice said Mr Voysey will go back in to hospital at the start of January as part of his ongoing recovery following the car accident in October.
