The accident occurred on the Mid Western Highway, around 14 kilometres south-west of the city.
Chifley Local Area Command Duty Officer Inspector David Abercrombie said the vehicle involved was a Mitsubishi Triton and the accident occurred just after 4.30pm.
“The male front-seat passenger was trapped [in the vehicle]. He had minor cuts and abrasions and is being transported to Bathurst Hospital,” he said.
Another male and two females, who were in the vehicle, were also taken to Bathurst hospital.
None of the injuries were life-threatening.
“They were traveling towards Bathurst and lost control of the vehicle and it left the road in the western side and rolled into the paddock,” Inspector Abercrombie said.
The cause of the accident is under investigation by Bathurst Police.
The highway remained open during the incident.
