The three-day event kicks off on Friday, February 3, and campers can still pick from McPhillamy, the Paddock, and Reid and Sulman to pitch their tent.
Event director John Casey said the event grows each year and 2017 was looking like no exception with ticket and campground sales well up on 2016 numbers.
“There has been a lot of interest, especially in the new initiatives introduced for this year, which include the new covered grandstand at turn one, and the new Tent City glamping experience,” he said.
“We are pleased with the response [of camp site bookings], but want to emphasis there is still time for people to secure their campsites and snap up the Tent City spaces because they are looking like a very popular addition.
“Grandstand seats are selling quickly so we’re encouraging people to get in quickly to secure their seat before they sell out.”
