School holiday activity: Lego robotics at Bathurst Library from 10.30am-12.30pm for eight to 12 years. Limited to 30 spots. Cost: $10 per child. An interactive, hands-on STEM workshop designed to demonstrate how a robot really works.
School holiday activity: Gross science at Bathurst Library from 12.30pm-1.30pm for five to 17 years. Limited to 30 spots. Cost: $10 per child. Get messy with gooey, yucky science experiments – make a vomit bomb, slime and fake blood. Wear old clothes.

Bathurst Farmers’ Market will be held at the historic Bathurst Showground from 8am-noon. Gold coin entry. Entry to the market is by gold coin donation and all proceeds from the market go towards local projects sponsored by Lions Club of Bathurst Inc.

Smoking cessation seminar for women at the Central West Women's Health Centre at 20 William Street from 5.30pm-7.30pm. Tobacco treatment specialist and Western NSW Local Health District smoking cessation co-ordinator Sally Bembrick will present this free seminar.
