The Turon Technology Museum will open their doors on January 28 and 29 for keen steam engine enthusiasts. Located almost an hour’s drive north of Bathurst at Sofala, the museum provides a two-hour guided tour. Exhibits are set across seven buildings, with steam engines over 170-years-old and other steam powered mechanics on display. Admission is $8 per person, $24 for a family and free entry for children under 12. Doors are set to open from 10am, with the museum closing at 4pm.
