St George-Sutherland went down by four wickets to Gordon, who chased down their total of 79 put forward by Cady’s side with more than three overs to spare.
Cady didn’t bat for her team as they played out their full 20 overs.
St George-Sutherland captain Clare Crewdson (17) was the top scorer for her side. Opener Cailyn Fountain (15) also contributed, but the team’s middle and lower order failed to build on the team’s early work.
An unbeaten 37 from Gordon opener and captain Hannah Trollip guided her side to victory.
Cady finished the T20 seaosn with an average of 24.5 and a highest score of 35.
Gordon went on to win the final over Campbelltown-Camden by six runs.
The regular Sydney Cricket Association Women's first grade season resumes this Saturday.
