Mark Allan Eldridge, 48, of Stanley Street in Bathurst appeared before magistrate Michael Allen last month.
The agreed facts outlined how on three occasions Eldridge sold prohibited drugs to undercover police.
On the first occasion the accused met the undercover officer in Crown Street, Sydney, on November 27, 2014.
The undercover officer covertly recorded the meeting when the pair went to an address in Mascot.
The officer handed Eldridge $350 in cash and they then met up with a co-accused who allegedly handed Eldridge two small plastic bags with a crystalline substance inside.
Eldridge then handed the smaller bag to the officer and put the larger bag put in his pocket.
Later that day the undercover officer messaged Eldridge again asking for “two small ones” and agreed to meet him at the gym.
Again the meeting was covertly recorded, with Eldridge producing two small bags which he handed to the undercover officer, who gave him $120 in cash.
The third offence occurred on November 28, 2014 when Eldridge again gave the undercover officer prohibited drugs.
Eldridge was arrested in Bathurst in August 2016.
On the first charge, supply a prohibited drug, Eldridge was convicted and ordered to undertake 100 hours community service.
On the second charge he was also convicted and ordered to undertake 100 hours community service (concurrent).
On the third matter he was convicted and ordered to undertake 150 hours community service (cumulative).
