Join the arts collective
THAT heat last weekend didn’t deter people from two workshops – in performance and in photography – held by artist-run initiative ARTSHED at their new home-base Tremain’s Mill at the bottom of Keppel Street.
The group is a collective of artists with and without disability.
They hold monthly meetings, regular workshops and professional development and are this year working towards a performance event during the Winter Festival and an end of year exhibition.
They’re also calling for new members (all artforms welcome). More info at artsoutwest.org.au or contact Arts OutWest projects officer Penny May on 0412 768 030.
