My Kitchen Rules judge Colin Fassnidge will demonstrate his ‘nose-to-tail’ cooking philosophy and help others see how easy it is to incorporate it at home.
The other guest, Matthew Evans from Fat Pig Farm, will talk about his experience in sustainable farming and paddock to plate principles.
These guests fit well with the ‘Love food – hate waste’ theme of this year’s expo.
“While Matthew and Colin are famous foodies, they both have simple messages to share of buying local, seasonal produce and making a plan to use everything you buy,” mayor Gary Rush said.
The expo will be held in conjunction with the Bathurst Farmers Markets on March 25.
