The golf day raises money to support the work of Bathurst Legacy.

Entrants can nominate their own team of four for the ambrose competition or you can register as an individual by leaving your name on the booking sheet at the club.

Entry is $30 per player [including a free barbecue lunch] and all participants will go in the draw to win two nights’ accommodation in a two-bedroom terrace suite at Lake Macquarie’s Rafferty’s Resort, valued at $600.

Other prizes are on offer including $100 for a hole-in-one on any par-3.

There will also bee nearest-the-pin and raffle prizes offered on the day.

Sunday’s tee-off is a shotgun start at 9am and presentations will follow at around 1.30pm.

Legacy Australia has been caring for the families of deceased veterans since 1923.
