The Group 10 All Stars clash kicked off with a dazzling display of attacking footy in Cowra last season, won handsomely by the fleet-of-foot Indigenous All Stars outfit.

The 2017 edition, though, looks set to be all about size – more specifically, players leviathan in scale.
Group 10 All Stars coach Mick Sullivan has named seven props in his 19-man squad to take on the Will Ingram-led Indigenous side at Blayney’s King George Oval on March 18.
If all players are available come kick-off of the second All Stars clash, Panthers bell-ringer Brent Seager, Mudgee duo Todd Munn and Nick Harvey, CYMS giants Mitch Davis and Chris Bamford as well as Workies props Mitch Case and Brenden West will all feature through the middle for Sullivan’s side.
So if they want it again this year they’re going to get some bumps and bruises getting it.

It’s a scary prospect.
But it’s one Sullivan says his side has to embrace if it wants to challenge an Indigenous All Stars outfit coming off the back of last year’s 52-24 victory at Sid Kallas Oval.
“That’s the challenge for me. This clash means so much for the Will and the Indigenous boys, they proved that last year,” Sullivan said.
“I’ve gone for a huge side, I’ve picked props all through the pack this year, so if they want it again this year they’re going to get some bumps and bruises getting it.
“I’d imagine someone like Benjamin John will enjoy playing off the back of this pack.
“If that size can suck them in a bit hopefully Cam (Bruest) and (Willie) Heta can send it wide.”
Wide, where there’s speed to burn.
Along with new two blues mentor Heta, returning Mudgee gun Corin Smith has been named alongside Hawks excitement machine Jedd Kennedy in the centres.
There is no shortage of size in Ingram’s Indigenous All Stars side either, with Simon Osborne and reigning Dave Scott Medalist Hamish Bryant renowned for their physicality.
The 2017 All Stars clash will be played at Blayney on Saturday, March 18.
