The United Hospital Auxiliaries of NSW Central West Region Conference was held in the Holy Trinity Hall in the grounds of the historic Holy Trinity Church at Kelso.
The region extends from Lithgow west to Lake Cargelligo and the conference attracted delegates representing various towns within the region.
Officials at the conference included regional representative Tracy Wilkinson, state president Linda Swales and state secretary Lesley Filipowicz.
Special guests were Christopher Morgan of Abercrombie House, who officially opened the conference; councillor Monica Morse, who was the official welcomer; Bathurst Business Chamber president Stacey Whittaker, who was the guest speaker; and Member for Calare Andrew Gee.
The conference also included a minute’s silence for Wendy Stocks, who was president of the Bathurst Base Hospital Auxiliary for many years.
