A free workshop for women survivors of childhood trauma and abuse will be held at Rahamim Ecology Centre at St Joseph's Mount, 34 Busby Street from 10am-4pm. Lunch will be provided. Women will learn more about how trauma/abuse may have affected them at the time and now, the role of coping strategies, how the brain responds to stress and, most importantly, hear about research which shows that recovery is possible.
