SES Bathurst Unit’s Joel Ogston said there have been 45 calls for help in the past 24 hours after wild weather lashed Parkes.
“It’s storm and water jobs, leaking roofs and minor flooding,” he said.
Crews will remain in Parkes to help residents impacted by storms until Wednesday or Thursday afternoon.
