Mr Choi, who began work for the LAS in 2016, said many people were in shock and disbelief after the Westminster terror attack.
“The LAS knew that a terrorist attack was not a matter of if, but when,” he said.
“I wasn’t working when it happened and I don’t know anyone who was affected, which I am thankful for.
“Not long ago, we had the Croydon tram incident [November 9, 2016], in South London, where a lot of people were unnecessarily killed and injured.
“So a lot of people are devastated.
“Police force and emergency services have been vigilant in staying alert and to act accordingly per protocol.”
