Topping this amazing program is the thrilling NSW Junior Championship, featuring 16 young 14 to 16-year-old drivers from all over NSW and even one young driver from Queensland.
Fifteen-year-old Queenslander Ardie Jonic is the current Victorian junior champion and will certainly stir up drivers from Lismore, Moruya, Narrabri, Gilgandra, Dubbo, the ACT, Newcastle and the local drivers Sarah Bradley, Ethan Brown, Bek Giffin, Amber Culverson and Tarah Swadling.
Juniors from Lismore, Gilgandra, the ACT plus local club drivers from 10 to 13 years Jaiden Healey, Bailey Brennan, Max Essai, Jessica Stephenson and Jackson Goldie will contest the New Star Junior Challenge.
The action packed, not to be missed, almost non-stop speedway program features five tin top sedan classes and two fabulous open wheeler classes.
Only seen at Cullen Bullen a couple of times during the season are the magic microsprints open wheelers complimented by the close racing quarter midgets.
Get your backside track side for almost six hours of speedway excitement at with over 50 events for the tin top stock cars and the very fast open wheelers.
The stock car stars will be contesting another round of their Portland club championship over three heats and a feature race - the RSA Street Stockers featuring the whole Blackley precision driving team of Jodie, Kevin, Martin and Andrew hot from victory at the recent Bathurst Autofest - Series Production class, Four Cylinders plus the new “all stars” (14-16 years) and “new stars” (10-13 years) ” Junior class all racing for their yearly point score.
Driving stars from Sydney,the Blue Mountains, Mudgee, Bathurst, Orange, Canberra, Blayney, Oberon, Dubbo, Gilgandra and Nowra will battle it out wheel-to-wheel on the oval track.
Full canteen facilities are available, so be ready for a full evening of inexpensive family entertainment this Saturday commencing at 4pm at the Cullen Bullen Raceway situated just off the Castlereagh Highway.
Spectators are also reminded that as a condition of entry, that children must be supervised at all times.
