Just after 1pm today, Wednesday, March 29 a stolen Hyundai SUV crashed following a pursuit with police.
One man suffered critical injuries and another man suffered serious injuries.
Both were taken by NSW Ambulance paramedics to Bathurst Hospital.
A critical incident team from Lachlan Local Area Command will now investigate all circumstances surrounding the incident including the pursuit.
That investigation will be subject to independent review.
