BATHURST man Brayden Ian North, 23, faced court on Monday on a string of drug-related charges and had his case adjourned until next month.

North faced magistrate Michael Allen on a number of drugs charges including supply prohibited drug greater than or equal to commercial quantity, and supply prohibited drug greater than indictable quantity but not cannabis.

He is also charged with knowingly deal with the proceeds of crime.

North was in court following a police raid on Mitre Street property last Friday where they allegedly recovered a quantity of ecstasy (MDMA) tablets and powder, along with cocaine and $30,000 cash they allege was the proceeds of crime.

North remains on conditional bail, however his lawyer Aaron Keating asked for the curfew to be extended two nights a week to allow him to continue football training.

The extension was granted with North now on curfew from 9pm to 6am daily.
