No details of the proposal have been made available to the public but Bathurst Regional Council will consider the plan during a confidential meeting on Wednesday night.
Information from corporate services and finance director Bob Roach included in the papers for next week’s meeting only says that the confidential report “relates to a proposal to conduct a music festival in Bathurst in 2017”.
