Police have seized drugs and illegal tobacco after they stopped a car for a random breath test and subsequently searched a house near Bathurst on Tuesday.

About 8am Tuesday, Bathurst Highway Patrol was conducting mobile breath testing in Kendal Avenue as part of Operation Go Slow.
Police stopped a Toyota Hilux and searched the car, where they allegedly located a quantity of synthetic drugs and half a kilogram of tobacco leaf.
The 63-year-old man was arrested and taken to Bathurst Police Station.
Following further inquiries, police attended a house at Napoleon Reef, where they allegedly located nearly 90 kilograms of dried tobacco leaf.
The man was charged with supply more than an indictable quantity of cannabis and possess cannabis.
He was refused bail to appear in Bathurst Local Court on Wednesday.
Investigations are continuing.
