The exhibit, made up of local produce and existing props, will be located in the Bathurst RSL Club Trevitt Pavilion.
Royal Bathurst Show Society president Sam Farraway said the exhibit uses the theme “Paddock to Plate” and will be the first show after the Royal Sydney Easter Show to use it.
“Bathurst will re-create it [exhibit] using existing props, local produce: kale, sprout, spuds, whatever is in season,” he said.
“We’re one of the few regional show that will have something like this.
“We use Bathurst produce to build it and we’ve being doing this for about five years.”
“All the produce will be auction off at 3pm on Sunday.”
Mr Farraway said the Bland family from Yetholme will donate a majority of produce, which came in on Thursday.
