Held at BoxGrove function centre, the night will feature champagne on arrival, canapes, live music, lucky door prizes and silent auctions.
Organiser Melissa Hodges said many lives have been touched by cancer and she was hopeful the community would come along in support of the fundraiser.
“Cancer has effected the lives of everyone I know. Whether it’s a loved one or friend, everyone knows someone who has suffered from it,” she said.
“Every little bit counts and I hope the Bathurst community will get behind this great fundraiser to help make a difference.”
Ms Hodges praised the many Bathurst business that are supporting the event by donating prizes for the silent auction.
The event starts at 6.30pm and tickets are $60. A free bus to the CBD will be offered to partygoers at the conclusion of the event.
Donations can be made through the NSW Cancer Council.
