Broc Grabham is in reach of class top three in Australian Off Road Championship

BATHURST’S Broc Grabham may not be at his best, but he moved within reach of a top three spot in his class after rounds five and six of the Australian Off Road Championship at Miva.

IMPROVING: Broc Grabham gained handy points at Miva.

IMPROVING: Broc Grabham gained handy points at Miva.

Riding for the Husqvarna Off-Road Team at the twin rounds in Queensland, Grabham placed fourth in his E2 class on both days riding an FE450.

It took his tally for the series to 67 points which has him sitting in fifth, but Grabham is only eight behind third-placed Riley Graham. Given the Bathurst talent feels he has room to improve, he will be hopeful of closing that gap.

“I’m nowhere near where I want to be at the moment, I was just rushing it too much and though I improved in the afternoon, I’m still off what I know I can be,” Grabham, who was also ninth outright on Saturday and seventh outright on Sunday at Miva, said.

“Both days I improved as I went, so it was good to feel like I was getting on top of things.”
