The colourful cavalcade of 80 Variety Bash cars visited the school Friday morning.
Jane Crosland relieving principal at Carenne said the Variety NSW Bash donated specialised sensory equipment for the school’s newly refurbished gym, making it a welcoming space for students to enjoy, no matter their abilities.
“The new equipment will bring a lot of joy to our students, as well as help to develop their fine motor skills and increase their visual awareness, particularly for our students with vision impairments.”
“This technology will mean the kids of Bathurst won’t miss out on opportunities to learn and grow.”
