Two men charged over the shooting death of a father-of-three at a Buddhist temple in Sydney's west will remain behind bars.

Qin Wu, 37, was killed when police allege he intervened in a fight between his friend and a group of at least three men in Guildford in February.
Mr Wu was shot in the chest at the Kennedy Street property. Another man was also shot in the confrontation but police believe it may have been caused by his own gun by accident.
In April police revealed the house at the time of the shooting had been converted into a Buddhist temple.
It was visited by many people throughout the day and was also a hive of alleged drug activity.
On Monday, homicide detectives charged 45-year-old Ian Fan with murder and shooting with intent to murder.
Mr Fan tried to cover his face with his handcuffed wrists as he was escorted from a prison van to the cells at Burwood Local Court on Tuesday.
He appeared briefly in court but did not apply for bail. The case was adjourned to June 28.
Another man, Jaiyu Liu, 35, was arrested at Silverwater jail and also charged with murder and shoot with intent to murder.
He is due to appear in Parramatta Local Court on Wednesday.
The so-called temple was the scene of a separate but unrelated crime in 2014.
Ting Huang, was stabbed to death inside the house before his body was wrapped in a doona and stuffed in the boot of a car.
Zhen Fang, 38, was last year found guilty or murdering Mr Huang, his former friend, after he admitted to taking "a lot of ice".
Fang wrapped Mr Huang's body in a doona and stuffed it into a car boot before parking the vehicle near Rookwood cemetery in Lidcombe. Mr Huang's decomposing body was found in the car weeks after he was murdered.
Fang has been sentenced to a minimum 14 years' jail for the murder.
