Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Dawa will talk from 2pm-4pm at Pranayoga Centre, 97 Keppel Street. He will be talking about the true nature of reality and how wisdom solves our problems and gives us permanent peace of mind and, eventually, the everlasting joy of enlightenment. Cost: $15. Over 35 years rugby open day will be held at the Carcoar Sportsground from noon.
Old Government Cottage will be open from noon to 4pm. The Bathurst District Historical Society urges you to visit the oldest brick building in Bathurst to see the pictorial timeline of Bathurst’s history and old photos of Bathurst slideshow, look through the cottage, view the collection of items from the past and stroll through the Bicentennial Heritage Garden.
