Classic miniature steam trains will be carrying people of all ages around the complex at the John Matthews Sporting Complex next to the tennis courts on Durham Street.
Train rides will begin at 11am, weather permitting, and end at 3pm.
Passengers must wear covered footwear and it will cost $2 for each ride.

A night of jazz
Abercrombie House invites you to enjoy a cosy, intimate night of jazz in the heritage ballroom Jazz Café on Friday.
The night will feature some of Bathurst’s best jazz musicians and ticket cost includes cheese and fruit platters plus tea and coffee.
Tickets cost $45 each and bookings are essential.

A museum tour
Turon Technology Museum will open its doors on Saturday to display creations from eras gone by.
See steam and internal combustion engines from circa 1850 to 1950, illustrating the technology behind these power sources.
Take a guided tour around the exhibits, then wander at your own pleasure.

The museum is located on 5833 Ilford Road and doors will open from 10am to 4pm.
Tickets cost $8 per person, free for under 12-year-olds and $24 for a family.
