It’s half-time in the rugby league at Carrington Park.
Orange lead 14-4, with both teams down to 12 players after each team had a player sin-binned for a bit of push and shove.
If Orange do not lose, they will win the tie against Bathurst.

Orange have claimed a 4-0 win at the Cooke Hockey Complex. Eva Reith-Snare scored all four goals in the victory, as her team won the points 83-17.
Orange now have the lead, overall, 357-336.
1.30pm
We’re at the Cooke Hockey Complex, with the scores locked at 0-all with just over four minutes to play in the first half.
Bathurst lead Orange 319-274 in the over points tally. This is an amendment to the previous tally, as there was a mathematical error.
12.30pm
Bathurst were all over Orange in the first quarter, holding a 11-6 lead. Yet the Hornets, led by the impressive Kobe Mansell, charged home for a 48-38 win at the Bathurst Indoor Sports Stadium. The points were split 56-44 in Orange’s favour.
They may have lost two straight games, in the netball and basketball, but Bathurst still lead the tie 313-266.
Next up is girls hockey at 1.15pm at the Cooke Hockey Complex.
FRIDAY – 11am
Orange have defeated Bathurst 38-31 in the netball at the Bathurst Indoor Sports Stadium. That gives Orange a 55-45 split of points from the game.
Bathurst lead 275-218 overall.
Next up is the boys basketball.
In regards to yesterday’s boys high jump that was not completed, the event will be played if the Bathurst Sportsground is available and if equipment is available. If not, there will be a count-back.

There’s not long to go in the tennis and so far it’s very close.
A revision was made to the athletics points not long ago which has put Orange on 55 and Bathurst on 38. That means Bathurst carried a 155 to 138 lead going into the tennis.

Here’s the Orange High School fightback! With only the girls long jump remaining at the athletics, Orange currently boast 52.5 points, Bathurst 33.5.
It’s not quite enough to reel in the 34 point margin Bathurst held coming to the Sportsground but it’s sure to add a bit of pressure to the home tennis team!

Orange were heading for a 1-nil win over Bathurst in the girls soccer before the hosts struck back with just five minutes to play.
A win for Orange would have seen them go to this afternoon’s athletics level at 100-all in the pointscore.
Instead Bathurst have taken a 117-83 lead to the Sportsground.
11.30am
Bathurst has drawn first blood in the 2017 Astley Cup! A 1-nil win in the boys soccer, courtesy of an Orange own goal, was enough to see Bathurst take the win.
The result gets Bathurst a 67-33 points split and the early lead in the competition.
