Bathurst Highway Patrol officers stopped the pair on Conrod Straight about 3pm on Saturday.
Officers say the two drivers were travelling in convoy at 126km/h in a 60km/h zone.
A 23-year-old man was behind the wheel of a Toyota Prado and a 21-year-old was driving a Nissan Navara.
Both men were issued infringement notices for exceeding the speed limit by more than 45km/h.
