The 16-day festival kicks off on Saturday and it will feature a host of events in and around Kings Parade.
Two street parties will feature during the festival, the first, Ignite the Night, is on this Saturday from 5-9pm.
Edible Alley will feature this Saturday with a range food and beverages on offer, including Bathurst’s Grass Parrot Wines.
Owners Sarah and Andrew Macarthur, along with a number of other Bathurst vignerons, have been involved with the festival since it first begun in 2015.
“It’s a great night with terrific food and it’s an opportunity to showcase our wine to the broader community, locals and visitors,” Mrs Macarthur said.

The couple will be serving up a range of their wines during both of the festival street parties.
New Bathurst eatery, The Lunch Runner, will also be at Ignite the Night serving up a range of healthy options including soup, lasagna bake, wraps, salads and a few sweet treats.
Owner Jodie Davis said they only opened for business three months ago and the festival presented a great opportunity.
“It’s good to support the community and definitely good to promote the fact we are a new business,” she said.
The next street party, Brew and Bite, is on July 8 from 5-9pm in Kings Parade and it will feature twilight markets, wine, craft beers, mulled wine, a whiskey and gin bar and a moveable feast.
A variety of performances on the ice, children’s shows, interactive children’s comedy shows, live music and entertainment will feature during both street parties.
Running each day during the festival will be the McDonald’s Bathurst Ice Rink, a two storey carousel, ferris wheel and all-new nightly illuminations from sundown until 10pm.
Tickets to skate are $5 for children aged 2-13 years, $10 for adults with skating aids available to hire for $5.
Ferris wheel and carousel tickets are $5 each and can be purchased from the rides on the day.
