Thomas Solomon, 42, is wanted by virtue of an outstanding arrest warrant relating to domestic violence offences.
He is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, about 175cm tall and large build. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Police said Mr Solomon was known to frequent the Oberon, Bathurst and Sydney areas.
Anyone who sees Mr Solomon or knows of his whereabouts should not approach him but should contact police via Triple-0.
