POLICE have used fingerprint records to identify a suspect in a break-in at a Bathurst home more than two years ago.

A 31-year-old man is facing a break, enter and steal charge over the robbery in Hill Street Bathurst in February 2015.
A fingerprint examination was conducted at the time of the break-in and the results recently returned a positive match.
The man currently has two outstanding warrants and is avoiding police.
Forest Reefs break-in
POLICE are investigating a break-in at a Forest Reefs on Wednesday morning.
Officers said the home owner had been away from the property between 8am and 10.45am and when she returned she found the rear glass door had been smashed.
The owner said she heard a loud noise when she went inside.
Blood found on the hallway floor which will be forensically examined in the hope of identifying the offender.
Police believe no property was stolen as the offender was likely disturbed by the owner’s return.
Computer virus victim
POLICE believe a computer virus might be to blame after an Oberon company was defrauded of a significant amount of money.
Officers said the company had transferred money to pay for a fuel order but the funds never reached the intended destination.
The company's bank was contacted and it is understood the login details and passwords may have been compromised as a result of a computer virus.
Police advise all computer users to install anti-virus software and to update regularly.
“In the first instance, always report any suspicious activity on your accounts to your financial institution,” a police spokesperson said.
