That’s the goal for Orange Ex-Services ahead of the second leg of a horror two-week women’s Premier League Hockey draw that’s placed the blue and golds at Lithgow in back-to-back weeks.
The opening week of the tour didn’t go to plan, either, with Leanne Kennewell’s outfit suffering a tough 6-0 loss to Panthers.
But the group will get the perfect chance to bounce back when it takes on the last-placed Zig Zag girls from 3.50pm on Saturday.
A much-needed win will keep Servies in touch with the top four, where the top half of the ladder is fairly congested with City (26 points) leading Bathurst St Pat’s (24) and Lithgow Panthers (24).
Heading into round nine, Confederates sit in fourth spot on the ladder with 22 points while Services is placed in fifth back on 14 points.
In other women’s games for round nine St Pat’s hosts Panthers and Souths travels to Parkes.
