Engine trouble delayed passengers leaving Sydney on Monday morning.

Passengers aboard a Monday morning Regional Express flight to Orange on Monday were left to cool their heels in the Sydney terminal following engine trouble.

The plane was found to be “unserviceable” but the airline found a replacement aircraft in Sydney which arrived in Orange at 11.45am.

It was 90 minutes later than first expected.

One of the passengers aboard the plane was NSW Arts Minister Don Harwin who was visiting the Central West for a number of announcements.
