Sandra Nash, 46, pleaded guilty to drug supply and proceeds of crime charges when she appeared via video link before magistrate Michael Allen in Bathurst Local Court this week.

Agreed facts tendered to the court told how officers attached to Strike Force Yambla had filmed Nash conducting a drug supply operation from her home.

Footage filmed covertly on November 5, 2016 showed Nash having conversations with customers through her screen door before moving to the kitchen area where she retrieved the drugs, weighed and packaged them before handing them over in return for money.

In a summary of transactions between November 5, 2016 and December 7, 2016, police allege Nash had 699 separate interactions with customers and completed 118 sales of heroin and 47 sales of cannabis.

On November 24, 2016, police executed a search warrant at the home, finding cannabis inside a resealable bag and heroin in a screw lid container. Nash told police the drugs were hers.

Police also found $830 cash in Nash’s bra.

She told officers she had put the money there so her “kids wouldn't take it”.

After completing the search warrant, police covertly recorded Nash telling customers who knocked on her door to “come back later” and “I’ll have more this afternoon”.

On December 8, police returned to the house to execute another search warrant and Nash declared an amount of cannabis and heroin in the kitchen.

A search of the house also located small plastic bags, scales, foil and cannabis.

Nash admitted to supplying drugs and told officers that amounts of $4110 and $840 found at the house were the proceeds of crime.

She also admitted to knowingly supplying prohibited drugs from her Kelso home between November 5, 2016 and December 8, 2016.

Police alleged at least 118 of the transactions captured on covert surveillance were the supply of heroin and a further 47 transactions were the supply of cannabis.

Nash’s solicitor, Leigh Haywood, made no application for bail on and requested a pre-sentence report for her client.

Mr Allen committed the matter for sentence in the Bathurst District Court in the sittings of October 23, 2017.

He refused bail and ordered a pre-sentence report for the assistance of the sitting judge.
