The first crash occurred at 1.55pm, when a Holden Commodore station wagon and Holden Vectra collided at the intersection of Peel and Durham Street.
Police and paramedics attended the crash, three patients were assessed at the scene by paramedics, but suffered only minor injuries, and did not require transportation.
The second crash, which also occurred just before 2pm, happened on the Eleven Mile Drive, Kelso, when a car and ute collided.
The driver of the car, a 17-year-old female, was assessed at the scene by paramedics and transported to Bathurst Base Hospital with a suspected fracture to her wrist.
Police stopped traffic in both directions while the cars were towed.
