Popularly-elected mayor: Yes
Water sale: If the situation arises again then Council would have to consider all options -as have previous councils when they built up the dam wall, more maintenance on the Winburndale dam which ensures a good water supply to all residents. NSW government own the water. Council own the treated water which goes back into the river and the rate payers are charged for that. Any water sold to a mine company would have to have the support of the community.
Roundabout: Yes - would also support any other alternative solution that could solve this issue in the 2017/2018 budget.
Australia Day: (Aussie Aussie) leave it where it is.
TAFE building: Being in such an iconic building in the town square it should be used by community/ business type venture which recognises the history of the town square.
Rates cap: No - only if in extreme circumstances where there was no funding for major infrastructure .
Christmas decorations: Yes- continue adding $$$$ each year for festive season
CCTV: Yes
Demolition by neglect: No- owners should be more proactive before DA's are lodged for demolition.
Attendance: All but 2.
