Gardens grow
ON the subject of informative and with spring in the air, have you caught the Real World Gardener on Fridays at 1.30pm?
Mary-Ann Cannon hosts a half-hour of information, tips, ideas and great advice on gardening, covering flowering plants, vegetables, landscaping, garden design and how to make your garden the sort of place you want to be.
There are plenty of guests to offer their advice on plant propagation, pruning, fertilising, when to plant and where and all things involving growing and enjoying healthy plants.
Organic gardening is also often discussed, along with plants to attract birds and natural control of those unwanted garden pests.
So if you like to sow, grow, hoe, row, mow or even use a barrow, tune in each Friday at 1.30pm for Real World Gardener with Mary-Ann.

Off air briefly
IF you had some difficulty tuning in to 2MCE last Sunday afternoon, from just before 2pm to around 4.30pm, we were off the air following a loss of power to our transmitter site owing to the wild wind storm.
Power was eventually restored and Chris Tobin was finally able to go to air with the Country Music Club show.
Thanks, Chris, for waiting it out.
