The team are just the second in history to win both of the Bathurst enduro ‘majors’, following the success of Tekno Autosport in both races last year.
Erebus claimed victory in the 2013 Bathurst 12 Hour with star drivers Thomas Jaeger, Alex Rollof and multiple DTM Champion, Bernd Schneider.
The team won by a full lap in a dominant win.
Team owner Betty Klimenko was thrilled to come home with another Bathurst triumph.
“That was our first win in the Holdens and to have your first win at Bathurst is like jumping from first grade to university. It was fantastic,” she said.
“I had anxiety pains for the last 10 laps. I felt like I was having a heart attack. I was grabbing onto Luke and my hands were shaking. I said ‘I’m sorry Luke but I just have to hold onto something’.
