The one-day event departs from Bathurst Showground this Sunday, with all motorcyclists in the community invited to take part.
The Panorama Motorcycle Club’s Vintage and Veteran Group have long been involved in organising the annual event.
Group secretary Greg Donald said it was a lot of fun for riders of all abilities.
“We had about 40 people last year,” he said.
“It’s a great time and get together to look at bikes.”
A short route (87 kilometres) is on offer for vintage bikes and a long one (175kms) for modern machines around the Bathurst region.
“This year’s run will take place around Bathurst and surrounding districts with lunch at Carcoar [before] returning to Stumpy's Shed at the Dudley Hotel to watch the MotoGP from Phillip Island,” Mr Donald said.
Raffles will also be conducted during the day’s activities.
The $40 entry fee includes a cooked breakfast at Bathurst Showground and barbecue lunch at Carcoar.
“All funds raised go to the ICU [Intensive Care Unit] at Bathurst Hospital for new equipment,” Mr Donald said.
Riders are asked to meet at the showground at 9am.
The annual run began following the death of Panorama Motorcycle Club life member Geoff Martin in a fuel tanker accident.
