ORC is coming off a six-wicket loss to defending champions Bathurst City last weekend, while City Colts lost to Centennials by 38 runs.
ORC skipper Wayne Sellers is feeling confident heading into the match.
“[Colts] have got a bit weaker team than in past years, so this would be a good game to get a win in,” he said.
“We’re going through a rebuilding faze but we should have a full team except for Brad Glasson. He cut his finger at work.
“In the past five years we’ve had an older culture, but we’ve moving on with next generation.”
ORC struggled with the bat last week and failed to defend its wicket, being bowled out for just 121 off 29.1 overs.
Glasson said his team has been working at training to improve on their faults.
“We need to hold our wickets a bit better when we’re under pressure,” he said.
“It’s been the same story for the past two years.
“Our bowling has been good but we need a lot more consistency with the but. When we put it together, we’ve got a good thing going.
“Jeremy Judge, Brad Glasson, Dave Sellers are some of our key players. We’ll need them to lift but saying that, they’re only young. We don’t want to put much pressure on them.”
George Park will be the venue this Saturday, when ORC host City Colts.
Play is set to get underway at 1.30pm.
