Enid Brotherton, 72, left her Cross Street home last night in her silver 2009 Holden Barina with NSW registration CEB 09L.
She suffers from a number of medical conditions and her family and police hold serious concerns for her welfare.
Enid is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 160 cm tall, with a very thin build, short grey hair with brown tint and wears square-framed glasses.
She was wearing black tracksuit pants and a light-coloured long sleeve top.
Anyone who sees her is asked to call Bathurst Police or Crime Stoppers immediately.
